This house is simply amazing. We had a family reunion (6 adults and 3 children) for a long weekend and found a home that exceeded our wildest dreams. A lovely home with lots of room, 5 king size bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The pool, hot tub, outdoor games, and movie theatre were all used and loved. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. Even a high chair and two pack and plays are included. It was also an easy checkout procedure. We will be back!

Great family trip in Scottsdale

The property was extremely clean, well appointed with tons of utensils, glassware, dishes, towels, there was family stuff (pack and play, high chair), and our host was super responsive with any issues we had! This house was perfect for our extended family trip and we would absolutely stay again.

Family Vacation

This house was big and beautiful with plenty to do in the house and around the area. Beds were super comfortable and 2 bedrooms with en-suites was fabulous. We were even able to park our car in the garage due to the unseasonably hot (100+ degrees every day all week with full sun in latter half of October) to keep inside from getting so hot!! And of course the pool made the weather bearable. Great place for some family fun. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice house. Clean and nice pool. Plenty of space and games. Grapefruit tree in back yard was a plus. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced.

family reunion

For the most part, we all enjoyed our stay. Anita, our contact, was very responsive to our needs and resolved any issues on a timely basis. There were, however, items that should be addressed. The front coil burner on the stove did not work after only using a couple of times. The refrigerator water filter needed to be changed. One of the pool table balls was dented and could not be played. Ping pong balls were cracked, so we purchased new ones. All in all, the house provided us with plenty of room and diversions.

Pool looks good

The property was nice for a family. There are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We counted on using the pool since we paid extra for the pool to be heated...but it never did heat up all week (and the outdoor temps were in the 70's while we were there, so that didn't even help, even had a 75 degree day). I assumed the pool would be up to temp when we checked in because the management team knew we paid to have the pool heated...but no it was very cold. This one issue would have made this property and exceptional rental for our family, but had to tell the kids no swimming. The management team did refund the amount I paid for the pool heating...but I would have gladly paid it for the pool usage.

Very nice home. Large rooms. Plenty of space. Pool is nice. Hot tub is older but functional. We had to sweep and clean back yard and patio due to dust storm the night before.

Nice home with great amenities for a family vacation

The house was as described online and we enjoyed our stay. The only minor inconvenience was the pool. Certainly not the property owners fault, but the amount of debris that fell from the trees left the pool uninviting the day after the cleaning company came. We tried to keep up with skimming the pool but wound up not using it nearly as much as expected. Despite that, I would highly recommend this property.

Not As Advertised

We had a nice time at the property but be aware that the pictures don't represent the current state of the property. They must have been taken quite some time ago. When we 1st entered the house, it had a VERY strong musty smell, almost as if the house had been closed up for a while. The outside furniture is very used and faded, the large umbrella by the two lounge chairs in the backyard is completely destroyed and unusable, the pool is missing tiles, the pool cover was piled up in the backyard. In the inside of the house, there is a kitchen cabinet door missing, the master bathroom faucets had tons of build up on them from the water, there were no dish cloths provided, and the house as a whole could use a good "scrub down". (Especially the ceiling fans which had dust piled high on them) Lots of these things could be easily fixed with little or no cost to the owner but when I gave the list to her she stated she had been at the property the same day we checked in and everything was "nice and clean". So, she is obviously aware of the improvements needed, but must not see them as a priority. Just seems like a bit of a "money grab". We stay at VRBOs quite often and have stayed in much nicer homes for less money. This house was definitely lacking.

Scottsdale wedding Labor Day Weekend

Nice home but house could have been cleaner, especially kitchen/oven. Was unfortunate that we went to grill and ALL 3 propane tanks were empty! No access to jacuzzi switch to activate it. Main bedroom upstairs light with fan was not working or unable to turn on. Nice main bathroom upstairs with great roomy shower. Main bedroom upstairs TV not accessible. Nice dining room table and chairs. Small kitchen table with only 3 chairs. 9pm quiet time outside a little early to us.

60th birthday celebration

My mother, husband, sister, & I rented the house and had visits from my son and two nephews and their significant others. Due to Covid we did not want to go out and with all the amenities we were able to stay home & have a great time. We swam, had ping pong tournaments, pool tournaments, & corn hole. While waiting for your turn the putting green was put to great use!!! We really enjoyed our stay!!! Everything was wonderful!!!

Perfect family get together house!

This house has it all! Spacious, lots of games and things to do! The back yard space with the pool is amazing. Lots of shade and seating. The inside has a ton of seating and space for the 10 of us! The location was perfect. Close to everything. Fantastic and nice neighborhood. Our host was responsive, nice, thoughtful and took good care of us.

Excellent Stay

This property is perfect for a family get-away and Anita made the entire experience A+! The information provided prior to an during our stay was very convenient and helpful during our stay. The location of the property; recommendations of the host through a helpful binder and online tablet; the amenities in the property and the attentiveness of Anita/management staff would not only make me recommend this property, but return again on a future occasion! The property was clean and hot water was abundant. For a family of 7, the house was spacious but felt homey. My children loved the outdoor putting green, various backyard games and of course the pool! The neighborhood felt safe and was located conveniently to restaurants, shops, the highway, ect. The air conditioner was reliable and served us well on the 100+ days. I would recommend a light in the garage and backyard patio area/pool area.

Family vacation

The house was lovely. The pool wonderful on those days of 112 degrees. Everything was so good! We had such a great time at this house. We watched movies, played games, swam, ate, slept late. We visited several places of interest in AZ from this base. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great stay with full amenities

House was perfect for 5 adults (but could certainly accommodate at least 4 couples). Decent distance to downtown Scottsdale and neighboring golf courses. We u eres to downtown Scottsdale a few times (maybe 15 min drive). House had plenty of amenities: great pool, some lawn games, nice new outdoor dining table (updated from the metal table in the listing pics at time of booking), beds were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again. Communication and checkin/out were super simple. Thank you!!

Property was not clean.

The first day Saturday we where there we saw a Rotan in the kitchen cabinet, we reported it to the manager and she called a exterminator, he put three rat traps down on the kitchen floor That Monday, so my family and I was up looking for this Rotan, we had started looking around the property and noticed trash behind the Couches and under the Beds,, soap scum on the shower and sink Handles,, This was not a vacation Experience, we clean the first night there. we were scared to sleep and very uncomfortable, we had waited for the exterminator so we missed out on Family plans. The Rotan got out of two traps so the exterminator came back out with new traps one of my family members spotted the The Rotan that looked bigger than the Rat, so I called the exterminator and let him know the Rotan looked like a squirrel, this was a nightmare we were not able to sleep you could hear noise of scratching around the property. The Rotan was caught on Thursday, this was the worst experience my Family have had on vacation. We had young children with us and they could not play around the house, not a good Experience at all. Very Disappointed.

Great entertainment house with lots to do

We had a great stay at this house. Lots of things to keep the family and kids entertained. Backyard is a little run down compared to pictures of property, but nice enough nonetheless. Would stay again.

Fabulous family vacation spot

Perfect home for meeting my sister and her family. Plenty of bedrooms for all. We enjoyed the many amenities including the pool table, hot tub, ping pong, and corn hole. It was a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants.
