This dazzling home features an ultra modern Harley Davidson theme throughout. The large and spacious floor plan sleeps a total of 12 guests and provides comfortable areas for relaxing and dining. The living room is combination of open two-story room and a cozy offset with furnishings and décor that invite friendly gatherings and lively conversations. Generous stadium-style seating in the open area guarantees everyone has the best seat in the house for popular TV shows and sports games. For those who prefer a different show or desire a peaceful moment, the upstairs loft with attractive furnishings and large screen TV is an ideal escape.

The sizable kitchen accommodates multiple chefs and is well stocked, making food preparation easy and fun. The Island and substantial counter space are perfect for party foods, snack trays and mixing drinks. Dining room provides additional seating for bigger crowds or more formal meals. Large and plentiful windows in each room add to house's bright and cheerful ambiance and offer glimpses of the spectacular desert and mountain scenery. There is also a propane grill in backyard for outdoor cookouts and gatherings.

Sleeping arrangements offer privacy and elegant accommodations for couples or larger family. First floor Bedroom has queen bed, smart TV, along with a bathroom across the hall with small vanity and shower only. Master suite upstairs has king bed, smart TV, and full bath with trendy garden tub for total relaxation and tranquility. Upper level also has Jack and Jill style bathroom shared by two bedrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with smart TVs. Bedrooms are appealing and provide generous storage space for personal attire and gear. Open loft area has a pull out full size bed and smart TV.

Large covered patio overlooking tastefully landscaped yard offers an outdoor escape and meals cooked on the grill. Take a short walk to arrive at community pools (one is heated), spas, tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields and walking trails. Neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities. Nearby freeways ensure quick and easy connections to the many exciting attractions in and around the Valley such as 5 star River view Park, Tempe Town Lake, Gilbert and Scottsdale.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No street parking at all times. The 3 car driveway and 2 car garage are available for your use!
There is a limit of 8 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.
