Book your get away home in the heart of Tempe! Nestled just a 5-minute drive from Arizona State University, this property offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. You will enjoy swimming in your own private heated pool (optional heating fee is $75 a day and will heat to a comfortable 90 degree temperature). Have fun playing a round of ping pong or billiards. Grill and fire pit table (propane included). Full coffee/tea bar which includes a Nespresso and Keurig maker, lots of varieties of coffee and teas, syrups, creamers, and flavors. Spacious home with 2 living areas, and Smart tvs in every room to please all guests.

Just a short drive away, you'll find the Talking Stick Resort Casino and Chase Field, offering endless entertainment options. When you're ready to venture out, you'll be surrounded by the vibrant culture and attractions of Tempe. I came with 6 kids, ages 1-13. Every single one of us enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was gorgeous, clean, and well kept, the games were loads of fun, and the pool was stunning and so enjoyable! There was pool equipment for everyone. But the best part was Lindsey - the hostess. Her clear communication and friendly demeanor made our stay a memorable experience. The app only allows for 5 star ratings, but we give 10 stars! Thank you so much!

Everything you could need! Bathrooms were fully stocked with all kinds of toiletries, table and board games to play with the family, dishes for dinner! Great experience and so welcoming and attentive to making sure I had a good stay. Thank you for making my bday great!

Lindsey is the best host we have ever worked with. The Tempe house is perfect with so many special touches to make a great stay. We watched the sunrise from a heated pool drinking coffee each morning which I will be missing in snowy Chicagoland. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. We appreciate all the games, pool table and the arcade machine for some fun in the evening. The neighborhood is great for walking. Lindsey is a great communicator and really cares about her guests. We highly recommend this lovely home. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay and the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was clean, plenty of toys were provided and my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty to do around the area. I would highly recommend this property and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

We've probably stayed in 20-plus vacation rentals, and have deemed this one our favorite! Everything was top-notch... lots of room for our family of three, comfortable beds, terrific swimming pool, tons of "extras" like games, books, kitchen stuff, and even a personalized welcome sign. We were in town to move our daughter, who is transferring to ASU, into her apartment right off campus, and this house became our refuge after long days of unpacking and organizing! We are most grateful to Lindsey, who kept us informed before, during and after and is an extraordinary hostess!

Girls trip!

Lovely home and beautifully decorated in southwestern charm. I can see a great deal of thought and planning went into this rental. Super appreciated the wide range of amenities, central location to the airport, downtown Scottsdale, nice restaurants, and loved the pool!

Exploring AZ

Was a great experience; appreciated the available outdoor games and pool, as well as the indoor activities, such as pingpong and board games. Great kitchen! Having multiple TV's was great, but having a space for all of us to watch something together was nice too. Easy access location - great value. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

A host and property

This is our second stay at this wonderful house and once again our stay was perfect. We were in town to see my daughter run the Mesa marathon so I did a lot of cooking and this had to be one of the best equipped kitchens in any rental houses we have ever stayed in. We found everything we needed and more. The house has a great Arizona room with a ping pong/pool table that we enjoyed each evening after dinner. We spent a lot of time outside soaking in the sun and lounging around in the comfortable outdoor chairs. My highlight was the heated pool early each morning. For a Chicago lady this was a treat that never happens in February. We so appreciated the option to heat the pool. Our host Lindsey is such a great person. There are so many added touches to make a stay special from the coffee/tea bar to the lovely decor and many games and pool floats. Thank you once again Lindsey you really are the best!!

Amazing property and host!

We traveled to AZ with 4 teenage boys, and wanted a house where they could enjoy themselves when not playing baseball. This property was absolutely perfect! Plenty of activities to keep them occupied! The coffee bar was also a very nice surprise. Our host, Lindsey was wonderful. She checked in with us prior to and during the stay.I would highly recommend this home and host!

Staycation

This house offered so much for my friends and I to do! It’s placed in the perfect location with lots of access to Tempe. One thing I would have changed would be to book another day! The host was excellent at communication.
