"Hotels should let people know when they are under renovation and what amenities are unavailable before hand. When I choose a place the amenities advertised are a major factor. Our room was dusty and floors were dirty. The elevator felt like an oven…no a/c. Our view was a construction site snd the restaurants were closed. Other than that..the staff was very friendly and helpful. The service at the water park was excellent. I don’t mind paying a premium price…but I expect a premium product. Most...

"Very clean and they did let me check in 2 hours early. However, I paid extra for the king bed, Mountain View balcony room and instead looked at rooftops and the loud pool. If you turned your body to the left, you could see the mountains. When I called them to let them know there was a mistake, I was told this room counted and since I booked through a third party- Expedia- I would have to pay more if I wanted an upgrade. I explained that I only wanted what I already paid extra for- no upgrade and...
