"The resort was nice, clean, and well-maintained overall. We did experience a minor issue with our room upon arrival. Although we had booked a suite online, we were initially assigned a much smaller room with only one bed because the resort had been overbooked. As a family of four with an 8-month-old baby, we specifically needed a suite with separate living and sleeping areas so our baby could nap comfortably.
My husband explained our situation and requested the room type we had reserved, but the issue was not resolved at first. After I called the front desk, they quickly addressed the problem and handled the situation very professionally. We were moved to a great room that met our needs and made the rest of our stay much more enjoyable.
The room was a bit farther from the water park than we would have preferred, but it was spacious, comfortable, and well worth the move. Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, we had a positive experience and appreciated how the staff ultimately resolved the issue."
