Fantastic Home in Perfect Location - 2 Master Suites

  • Nothing has been overlooked in this beautiful home that is professionally decorated and offers 2 master suites, each with it's own private bathroom. Each suite is complete with the finest linens and plush queen mattresses for your ultimate comfort. There is a queen mattress that can be set up for two additional people. Home has wood burning fireplace, granite counter tops and beautiful tiled baths. Equipped with cable television and has a 42' HDTV flat panel television in the living room and 32' HDTV flat panel television in each bedroom. High speed wireless internet is provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 6. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private yard, and two private patios. One patio is covered with seating and one is open with a gas grill and seating, great for entertaining and sun bathing. The community pool is just around the corner and is open from April 1 to October 31st. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 Star golf course within 20 minutes. We've covered all the details so you can enjoy your stay and feel at home.

Perfect place for us!

This was the perfect home for our few days in the Phoenix area. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have two full bathrooms as well. The patio was small, but enjoyable. Bonus: we discovered a grapefruit tree and enjoyed that for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week in the Peoria house and really enjoyed it. The house is incredibly clean, and I really enjoyed the bright and stylish decor. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and take care of anything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the Phoenix area.

One month wasn't enough.

We loved everything about the property. The only disappointment was we didn't have access to the pool for the first 2 1/2 weeks. The owner/host was very sympathetic and even offered to purchase us day passes at a pool/resort.

Great location

We spent a month in this house and the location was great - close to anything you would need as far as groceries, restaurants, hiking, golf, etc. The house was well equipped with most everything we needed and my husband enjoyed having a fresh grapefruit every morning from the tree in the back yard. Only a couple of negatives - this rental allows pets and the living room furniture had pet hair/fur on it (from previous renters since we don't have pets) and although the beds were very comfortable I can't say the same for the couch and love seat. It had very little support and for 2 people in their early 60's we ended up with sore backs from the lack of support.

Excellent property

We stayed at this property for 4 months after we moved to AZ. It provided us with everything we needed, including a community pool, washer/dryer, a garage to store our things, and even a grapefruit tree! The location of this property was amazing for us, and had easy access to Costco, our school, the Post Office, the Loop 101, etc. My only complaint is the actual neighborhood. We had 6+ off-leash dogs run up to us while walking our dog on-leash, and we were even accused of not picking up our dog's waste even though we have a poop bag dispenser attached to our leash (and there are a ton of off-leash dogs in the neighborhood). There are a lot of broken chairs and tables at the pool, but I don't know if these are replaced by the HOA frequently. But overall, if you need a fully-furnished place with easy access to the North and West parts of the valley, then this is your place!
