Come and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer! There is plenty of space whether you are coming for work or to get away from it all. Our resort style Scottsdale condo is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. It's located on the 1st floor and near great Restaurants, Golf, Spring Training Ball Parks, Casinos, Hiking Trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.



This cozy condo is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). Make yourself right at home as you walk in the door and find a comfy living room with sleeper sofa, love seat and 50” smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the back patio just off the living room. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils plus there are a traditional & Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the round table just off the kitchen. The bathroom has a single sink and a walk in shower. To top it off there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.



The master bedroom has a King size bed, 58” Smart TV with cable, large walk in closet and direct access to the back patio with outdoor seating.



The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen.

Spring getaway!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Also conveniently located to golf, shopping and sightseeing. We used both pools and the outdoor grills as well. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will book it again for our next stay.

Fabulous Scottsdale Stay

Can’t say enough good things about this property! It was immaculate, well stocked, modern and the location was fabulous! Just a block away from groceries and several casual dining spots. We enjoyed the heated community pool and the hot tub that was just steps away. My husband also loved the free golf that was included and said he was treated very well at the Starfire Golf Course. We would love to return another time!

The property was absolutely beautiful, immaculately maintained, had the most well appointed kitchen I've ever seen in a small short term rental and was perfectly located for our needs. The property was as advertised and more.

We checked in to a comfortable, clean and quiet property. Parking was close, stores and restaurants nearby, but best of all, the unit was just right! Full equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, large shower and laundry. Perfect! Just one thing, we want to come back, but worried it will be booked already.

Close to Mayo Clinic

Perfect location only 10 min from the Mayo Clinic. Safeway, Walgreens & a few restaurants all w/ in walking distance. Target Costco & Walmart all within an 5-8 min drive. Unit had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable (even the hide-a-bed). Pool areas and gym were never busy & were nice to have.

Excellent experience with 14 day stay

We found all aspects of the process and stay to be excellent - easy to check in and out and booking and complete free golf days, and responsive to any needs. Condo with easy access to the covered parking and to the smaller pool. Well appointed kitchen and enjoyed breakfast on patio with mountain view. Greatly appreciated condo layout with large walk in closet and dimmer lighting and ceiling fans. Excellent location with easy access to freeways to drive to activities, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping. We have booked for 2 weeks again in 2025.

Good time in Scottsdale

Property was acurately described which was very nice. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I had only one issue which dealt with the water temperature in the shower. The management sent over the handyman within 60 minutes of being contacted and he solved the problem quickly. This responsiveness to the issue was greatly appreciated. The free round of golf was a perk that tipped the decision to rent at this location. Golf is a high demand and pricey activity during the "high season" in the Scottsdale area. So a free round was great!

Fantastic place to stay!

Came into town with friends for a concert. Looked into hotels but this condo was the same price, so we thought we'd give it a try. That was the right choice! Cozy place to hang out in between site seeing, felt like coming home at the end of the night. Great location-five minutes to the Loop 101 without staying right "right on the freeway" was a big plus. Kitchen was set up for everything we could have wanted to prepare. Enjoyed the early morning solitude on the patio. Beautiful mountain views with the quails singing in the background. Just lovely! Recommend to all whether you're staying for 3 nights or 3 weeks, you won't regret it.

Noisy and ice maker did not work.

Poorly built with noisy people above us. You could hear them cough, open sliders etc. ice maker never worked. The hot tub was cold.
