"Love this hotel but I was disappointed to arrive late at night and be told “valet isn’t here tonight” and just be told to pay to self park. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew I was going to have to self park late at night in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is nice but valet parking should be advertised as “only sometimes” if that’s the case."

"We reserved this hotel due to its proximity to the airport as we were flying home at 6am the next morning. It far exceeded expectations and I wish we could’ve had more time to rest and recover from a wonderful for trip to Arizona. We would gladly stay again if the opportunity arises."
