This home is located on a private cul-de-sac near horse properties and walking trails in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood.

Major retailers, grocers, hospitals, ice cream, and coffee shops are within a ten minute drive.

We call this home "The Family Room" because we believe that spending time together as a family is the most important ingredient for building a healthy family. We've personally found that some of the most fun and meaningful conversations we've had as a family happen while we're playing and crafting together.

While you're here, check out our game closet, use our bluetooth speaker for a family dance party, host an air hockey or ping pong tournament, go swimming, play tetherball, volleyball, or badminton, shoot some baskets, explore the walking trail off the cul-de-sac for a beautiful sunset experience, and keep an eye out for the wild horses!

Amazing Property, Even Better Memories

This property truly had something special for everyone in our family. Our family of 5 enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub and pool, all of the outdoor activities, indoor games, and well thought out spaces. The hosts were helpful and responsive taking care of everything we could have needed. There is so much to do in the area as well. We would love to return!

A family paradise

Our family of five and our friends family of 6 stayed this past week and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, art room, outdoor game space and all the family centered entertainment of the house. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure your family is cared for and welcomed like family friends. The house has beautiful sunsets and we enjoyed hiking, the zoo, and a baseball game close by. This home was in a great location for awesome hikes, day trips, and local stores and restaurants. It was clean, provided a ton of fun on-site, and easily slept our entire large family. We enjoyed the pool/spa most of all! We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for wholesome family fun and relaxing together!

We had the best time at The Family Room! Our high school and college aged kids enjoyed the property just as much as a small child would and they spent many hours exploring the trails, playing games in the yard, and also playing games in the house. We had the best time. Thank you!

Such a blessing!

Our time there was amazing! Our son felt right at home with all the amazing toys, it was his first time in a pool and he even got to see some cool wild life as well. It was an amazing time. Amazing

Beautiful house, wonderful amenities, amazing vacation!

Our family had an amazing stay at The Family Room. The house amenities provided so much fun and entertainment without having to go anywhere. Of course we did take in some of the sights of AZ while we were there but we sure loved coming back to the house each evening to cook, swim, and play. We hope to go back!

Absolutely Amazing!

We felt so blessed to be able to stay at The Family Room with your friends that are like family. Three couples and our kids that are best friends could not have asked for a more ideal place to stay and enjoy together. From the outdoors (pool, hot tub, mini golf, swings, basketball, volleyball, fooseball table, grill and trails) to the indoors (air hockey, toys, games, ball pit, train table, craft room) there was so much to do and not enough time! We would go back and move in if we could!

Resort Style Home

A house for everyone

The home was great for 2 families. Everyone had something to do there; pool, volleyball, tetherball, hot tub and so much more! It was so close to everything and there is great hiking trails close by. The home was clean and welcoming! The owners and management team were great to work with too!

Wonderful family getaway

We spent a week getaway at The Family Room with our four kids, ages 15-7. We had a wonderful time exploring Arizona near and far with local hikes around Scottsdale and daily walks on the trail next to the house. We loved the games, piano, pool/hottub, and garage full of table games. We felt so welcome and well taken care of the whole week and had everything we needed. Thank you for an incredible Spring Break getaway - just what we needed to get away from the cool Indiana weather and reconnect as a family!

Amazing Vacation!

We had a blast here! We spent many hours in the pool and really enjoyed many of its features like the sun shelf, built in table that we could play waterproof cards at, and the umbrellas to create some shaded areas. We also liked the air hockey table! This was a wonderful place to vacation and it was so good to see our teenage foster son smile and laugh so much after a very tough year. We will likely be back in the future!

We went down from snowy BC to play golf for 7 days: six adults and all our gear. There was more than enough room. Stunning house. Great pool and hot tub. Owners are great and instantly respond to any concerns. I would not hesitate to go again.

Amazing

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the family room, and our experience was exceptional. The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The pool and hot tub were also in pristine condition and ready for use. We were particularly impressed by the abundance of pool toys and life vests available. The outdoor activities were outstanding, and for the first time in a long while, my children bonded while enjoying the air hockey table, darts, mini golf, volleyball, and numerous other games. Additionally, the property owners were remarkable; they were readily available to answer any questions we had and provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay.

Amazing for the whole family!

The house was amazing! We had 6 adults and 5 children and all fit perfectly comfortable in the house. The kids LOVED the spa in the perfect January Arizona weather! We were able to grill out, play board games, and enjoy outdoor sports all together. All kids had to take turns in the jacuzzi tub as well! When we weren’t in the house, we had the best experiences all over Arizona. We visited the Grand Canyon, went to Legoland and the aquarium, visited ghost towns, had dinner at Medieval Times, and went to the BEST arcade called Cyber Quest where the manager Nate made sure all of the kids left with a huge smile and prize! The whole town is beautiful and the allotment is in such a scenic part of Arizona. We loved everything about it!! We’re already talking about coming back! Thank you so much to Brian and his amazing team that made this possible for us

Beautiful home stay

Our foster/adoptive family of 6 celebrated 2 adoptions this year. We had originally said Disney was going to be our celebration trip but decided a 2 week long Arizona and cross country road trip would be better to adventure and spend time together after we found out about the family room via The Filled Conference this year. The first half of our trip was spent in your beautiful home swimming, playing tetherball, hide and seek, visiting with friends, playing in the fun play rooms and so much more. I got to touch a piano for the first time in over 10 years and sing a few worship songs with our kids, which was super special. Locally we loved visiting hole in the rock, medieval times, the Grand Canyon (the kids became junior rangers), cowboy u for a trail ride and kids ranch camp, pedicures and haircuts, Butters, lime & salt and so many other fun places to eat. This was a beautiful space to relax in before our long drive home to PA. Thank you for offering such a place of blessing for our family and others.

Perfect for Kids

This property is so good for kids. The backyard is the true highlight, with minigolf, darts, tetherball, and of course, the swimming pool! The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious. The children have three bedrooms to choose from. There are many books and toys. The hosts are very responsive.

The BEST family vacation!!

Wow! I can’t even express what a blessing it was to stay at The Family Room & make memories that will last a lifetime with cousins. The house was a dream with everything we needed and plenty of space indoors & out! We are so thankful for the mission of this house!
