This inviting 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home provides you with comfort and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The well stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy on the covered patio, indoor table with seating for 6 or at the breakfast bar.

NOTE: Only children over the age of 6 years are allowed on our property due to Arizona swimming pool regulations. No Exceptions.

Perfect Stay

House is as advertised and more...great amenities, very clean, comfortable beds, awesome pool. Communication and responses from the host was quick...a pleasure to deal with them. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet community...very close to groceries (8 min) and restaurants in Goodyear (10-15 min). Would absolutely stay here again when back in Arizona.

Quiet and Relaxing Oasis

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to many amenities. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool. I really appreciated all the information Kent left as far as suggestions as to what places to visit. The house is super cute and comfy. I hope it’s available next time we’re in Arizona.

Wonderful house, winding roads

This house is great! The pool is not deep so its perfect for people who wanna lounge and socialize. The owners try to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible. They even left a guide to the state and coupons for local attractions. I would definitely rent again

Exceeding Expectations

This property is a little out of the way, yet close enough to enjoy what the city has to offer while staying in a more quiet and serene location. The property accommodated everyone in our party 100%, and allowed us to spread out and fully enjoy both the interior and exterior of this magnificent home.
