"I spent nearly a month in a lake view room, extending my stay multiple times. The room was simple but functional. I liked the friendly staff, the convenient location, and especially enjoying breakfast, coffee, and evening drinks on the rooftop—it felt more like having my own apartment than staying in a hotel. Some rooms face only a wall, so check carefully when booking. What I loved most was being on a street that felt like 'real Hanoi'—not as touristy as the Old Quarter, where I’ve stayed before. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants, cafes, and a few international bars nearby. I plan to return."

"This is my first time staying at success hotel. The location is very near Nói Bài international airport. We book a presidential suite and it fits 3 people. Room is spacious and very clean. The bath room has a huge zaccuzzi tub. We had dinner there and the food is excellent Hotel Staff is extremely friendly. The also hotel offer ride to airport, the shuttles cost $100k vnđ for our group. Will definitely stay again this July. Thank you Success Hotel’s staff! "

"Once they put me in the correct room I was very comfortable. Everything you need for your vacation, clean rooms, big bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and stove top with the necessary pots and pans,dishes and silverware. A washer/dryer. The wifi was a little spotty at times, but didn't last long. I will definitely look here first the next time in town. "

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online and on the phone trying to get in touch with Grab. He wasn't able to because their help center is only open during the day and it was after hours, but he did everything he could. Thankfully, the driver returned to the Somerset with my phone. "
