"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."

"This is an excellent budget hotel near the airport. The welcome was warm and kind. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The room has all the amenities: clean towels, air-conditioning, fan, desk, mirror, TV, large bathroom, plenty of electrical outlets, large washroom, hot shower with strong water pressure, complimentary water bottles, complementary throw-away toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap and shampoo. The innkeeper arranged a private taxi to my destination in downtown Hanoi the next day, for 250k dong. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Galaxy Airport Hotel for travellers on a budget."

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam."
