"We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. This time we had a surprise - at 1:30am the fire alarm went off throughout the whole building. We eventually got the “all clear” but never found out what happened."

"My stay was for a smoker room and they put me in a non smoking room. So right away I was not impressed. Still charging me a smoker room rate, $100 more!!! My stay was from Friday to Monday Upon checkout they tried to charge me more for the day of checkout Monday"

"I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!"
