"Lovely hotel in a little German town, breakfast was delicious and plentiful - continental breakfast but there was bacon and eggs. Dinner was absolutely delicious can recommend the grilled trout. "

I noticed this only at the door and had to look for a number to call. The guy was helpful though and just recited the code on the phone.

Not only that, but they carefully wrapped them in bubble wrap and mailed them all the way to my home in the U.S. I truly appreciated their prompt and considerate response—it went above and beyond what I expected. This level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated.
