"Der Hirsch in FĆ¼ssen ist eine Tradition- und zwar ganz zu Recht. Das Niveau der Gastlichkeit ist sehr hoch. Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams an der Rezeption ist wirklich gut. Ich habe das Restaurant sehr genossen. Das KĆ¼chenteam macht eine wirklich sehr gute handwerkliche Arbeit (Zwiebelrostbraten mit sehr guter FleischqualitƤt und hervorragenden Speckbohnen). Besonders ist mir aufgefallen FrƤulein Natalie, die zur Mittagszeit freundlich und sehr kompetent mit ihrem freundlichen Kollegen am Tresen das Restaurant ābewegtā- obwohl sehr jung eine echte Gastgeberin.
Mein Dank an das gesamte Hirsch-Team auch an alle die, welche nicht sichtbar sind (super Housekeeping Leistung)
