"The property was lovely and overall a really nice stay for our daughter’s birthday. A few things that could be improved upon:I didn’t receive the check in email and had to chase, to be met with a really rude response from the team at Coastaways. Wasn’t that difficult just to re-send but it seemed like it was for them. Email also needs to be sent earlier than 2 days before - allows no time to plan.House is lovely but if they want to sit with the 4/5 star holiday lets they need to up their game on...

"We stayed for 10 nights. The accommodation was very clean and nicely furnished. You’ll find everything you need, including games and books — though they are in English, of course. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable.The only reason we can't give a full five-star rating is that the accommodation could be significantly improved by adding balcony access from the kitchen/living room level, as seen in the neighboring houses. Currently, the very lovely balcony...
