"We stayed at this property for an early flight out the next morning. when we arrived at the airport and waited for the shuttle, we missed the first one because the side of the van does not have the hotel name on it. There was a sign on the front dashboard but in the dark, we did not see it. There were several groups at the time that also missed it. The pickup point is easy to find and the shuttle is free but it would be helpful to know ahead of time where to look for the hotel name. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. We had no trouble scheduling the shuttle back to the airport in the morning."

She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "Beautiful hotel right on the lake!"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming hotel. The lakeside position is fantastic - it’s definitely worth paying more to get a lake view room. The room was quiet & clean with a comfortable bed and good linen - I think a proper feather duvet. We had a small balcony which was good for reading. The roof-top bar served pizza and light meals. We dined in the smart restaurant one evening - expensive but a lovely treat. The staff were very polite and friendly. Parking free in the hotel car park. The pool was closed for our visit (mid-May) but there were convenient steps down into the lake for some invigorating swims. I highly recommend this hotel. "
