The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was very good indeed. Conveniently close to Malpensa airport and Lake Maggiore, we didn't go to Milan because we didn't stay for long enough so can't comment about that.

I had an early flight, so spent my last night in Milan at the hotel. This worked perfectly—I was able to use the free shuttle to & from the airport. The staff was friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean & beds were comfortable. Perfect for what I needed for the stay.

Every time I have to leave Milan to return to the US, I spend a night at this hotel. The staff is professional and kind, and the rooms are good. They also serve a free breakfast and offer a free shuttle service. I'll be back next spring.

Stayed here to be close to Malpensa airport for a flight the next day. It’s clean with friendly staff but the real standout is the restaurant that is attached. It’s really good, authentic Italian food without pretense. Free shuttle is another plus.
