We arrived later than expected however staff went out of there way for us. We really appreciated that they put out mind at rest and went above and beyond by both collecting us from the airport and checking us from the airport later than advertised.
Hotel room was a family room and well spaced out with double bed, a single and a bunk bed. All comfortable beds and bathroom was a decent size, with a great shower.
Admittedly there is some noise from outside, with the hotel being near the airport and on a main road in the village.
Yes the hotel, might need some modernisation but then it felt like a typical independent 'homely' European hotel, so we liked it.
The hotel is conveniently located, only a few minutes walk to the train station, which takes you straight into the Centre of Milan.
We only used it initially because of having an evening flight and not wanting a hotel too far away from the airport. Overall, a great location, amazing staff and great value family room. Also included the free shuttle ride which was an added bonus.
