"اقامة جميلة وفندق راقي"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return."

"Nothing luxurious about this hotel, got the king bed “luxury” room and upon entering it was nothing that made me impressed like the pictures showed, door frame was covered in filth, windows with the Hollywood hills view were covered in filth and made the view not even worth looking at, bathroom mirrors were scratched and stained, the only thing to compliment was the bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. I stayed about 4-5 nights which cost me $2300 and it just felt like a basic room...

"Great location. Staff was attentive and responded sincerely to issues."

"Overall this hotel is good. Room was clean. Room did not look old, it looked freshly painted. There is a small size fridge, coffee maker and a safe. No microwave in the room, but I was told that there is a microwave somewhere in the corridor on main floor. So NO breakfast included. There is a small restaurant in the same building through. And a Wholefood market store 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Right across the street from the Grove mall. Bed/mattress is so so, pillows are old and...

"The staff 5 stars, except For the curly haired front desk girl who worked evenings and always seemed irritated of you asked for something. Top issues. -Rooms were dated, the bathroom store was cheap wood like material and all scuffed up. -The body bath towels were so small! I can’t see how men use them. -Why did they only give one roll of toilet paper at a time? Everytime…. -No ironing board unless requested…then it was a small half size board that the feet did not work so it killed our...

"Really helpful staff. Checked me in early and were super warm and accomodating!"

"This being a budget hotel, one must have reasonable expectations. Still, there were several inadequacies 1. No Kleenex, no soap dish, no ice machine on the premises. No Do Not Disturb signs. 2. Tiny area for hanging clothes. Very small bathroom and shower, and often the bathroom smell was like a sewer. 3. Ants on the wall and the bedside table. 4. Noisy air-conditioning. 5. On site parking was nice though a bit cramped but the one major problem was pulling out onto the street. Parked cars...

"Pros: Linens were clean & smelled clean, too. Shower seems new. Check-in was easy (we arrived between 9-10pm). Check-out was easy. Comfortable room. Bed was very comfy. Blankets & sheets were ample. AC was simple & powerful, once we figured it out. Cons: Toilet wasn't completely clean from previous company. Power switch on lamp was broken. You have to plug & unplug the lamp to use it. Not a huge issue but a note signifying this would have been nice. One or two more pillows would have been much...
