Absolut ruhig, grün, gemütlich - und freundliche Vermieter!

Für uns (2 Erw., 2 Jugendliche 17+14 Jahre) ein idealer Ort als Ausgangspunkt und Ruhe-Oase für Ausflüge in die Umgebung :-) . Florenz und verschiedene Strände (wir waren in Viareggio) in 40-60min erreichbar. Auch Lucca ist wunderschön und sehenswert. Das Haus selbst ist - ohne großen Luxus - gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Gegend: Grün, grün, grün :-). Still und ländlich. Der Vermieter Sergio freundlich, kompetent, hilfsbereit. Einzig der Weg dorthin ziemlich holprig und schmal (Auto absolut unerlässlich). Dadurch aber eben auch so ruhig und erholsam!

Charmingly rustic

Beautifully simple rustic property. Everything you could need, garden, small pool to keep cool, barbecue and sunshine. Definitely need a car but a fantastic base to explore northern Tuscany for a family of five.

Belle maison au calme et reposante

Trés bon accueil de la part de Silvia. Maison au calme avec un environnement paisible et bucolique. Je recommande vivement pour les amoureux de la nature. le logement est trés bien situé pour visité la toscane (pise, sienne, cinque terre, florence, lucca...). Maison un peu fraîche en novembre sans chauffage...

A beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world

Sergio and Silvia were excellent hosts. They were accessible and very accommodating. The house is a rustic farmhouse that has has been renovated to include modern comforts such as a good shower, microwave, etc. There are multiple areas outside that have tables where you can have a drink or a bite to eat. Overall, a very nice experience.

Un grand merci à Sergio et Silvia (et à leurs enfants) pour leur accueil parfait, à la fois plein d'attentions délicates et d'une discrétion absolue. Nous avons passé cinq jours délicieux dans leur très agréable maison, située dans un très bel environnement. Au village de Montecarlo, nous avons même trouvé un restaurant simple et savoureux pour notre première soirée. La description sur le site Homelidays est tout à fait conforme, ainsi que les photos. Le calme est total et l'intérieur de la maison est joliment décoré. Assurément, cette adresse est à garder dans son carnet, c'est là un charmant endroit pour séjourner en Toscane.

Gite très agréable

Le gîte est très agréable, propre, au calme et en pleine nature. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Sergio et Sylvia sont des propriétaires attentifs au bien être de leur client: ils ont ajouté une barrière dans les escaliers pour prévenir les chutes, apporté des jeux supplémentaires pour les petits, amené des tomates du jardin et même du vin (produit chez eux!). Ce gîte est bien situé et permet d'accéder facilement à Florence, Lucca, Pise. Balade en vélo possible au départ du gîte (attention, ça monte!).

Satisfaits de cette location

Petite maison de campagne dans le style Toscan (briques au sol et plafond) sympa accolée à une autre location plus grande . Bonne literie . Endroit très calme situé dans la campagne toscane à l'écart de la ville de PESCIA la plus proche où nous avons trouvé tous les commerces nécéssaires (Supermarché ESSELUNGA à l'entrée de la ville, restos, banques etc...) . Toutes les fenêtres sont pourvues de moustiquaires , heureusement car la nuit il y en a beaucoup. Dans la cuisine il ne manque rien (TV écran plat, micro ondes , plaque cuisson gaz , couverts et vaisselle etc...) . Sergio et Sylvia BELLAGAMBA sont des gens très gentils, disponibles et qui nous ont pas mal conseillé pour les visites alentours . Sergio maitrise bien la langue française et vient voir de temps en temps les locataires pour voir si tout va bien car sa maison est proche des 2 gîtes mitoyens. On sent qu'ils cherchent à faire évoluer encore d'avantage le bien être de leurs locations . Exemple : Dans une pièce du sous sol Sylvia a aménagé un genre de mini Office du Tourisme où l'on trouve des pubs des sites à visiter dans les environs . Seul point négatif la localisation de l'endroit. Quand vous arrivez , le panneau indiquant le chemin accédant aux maisons est cassé et même avec le GPS il est très difficle de trouver l'endroit . Un conseil , avant de partir localisez la maison par google maps/satellite , imprimez là et prenez là avec vous. C'est ce que nous avions fait avant de partir sans savoir que nous recontrerions cette difficulté et nous ne l'avons pas regretté sinon nous chercherions encore. Voici maintenant un conseil pour les touristes que Sergio nous a donné : Si vous comptez aller visiter Florence , laissez votre voiture à la gare de PESCIA et prenez le train jusqu'à FLORENCE . Vous y êtes en 1h et arrivez directement au centre historique sans avoir le souci de chercher à vous garer dans cette grande ville . coût d'un trajet aller 5.90€ /pers . Ca vaut pas le coup de s'embêter avec la voiture (péages, parkings payants, embouteillages, etc...)et nous ne l'avons pas regretté . Encore merci à SYLVIA ET SERGIO pour cette agréable semaine passée chez eux dans cette magnifique région d'Italie qu'est la Toscane.

Wonderful cottage in the Tuscany country

A bit hard to find in the stormy evening but as soon as we arrived, welcomed by our guests, we discovered a wonderful place. A very nicely renovated cottage with a large room at the first floor and two nice bedrooms with the bathroom at the second floor, all in a typical Tuscany style. And from the day after, under a beautiful sun, we spent a fantastic week in Lucca, Pistoa, Firenza and so on.

Splendido rifugio nel cuore della Toscana

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso vacanze davvero uniche e indimenticabili in questo incredibile rustico immerso nella più vera campagna toscana. Tutto sa di calde atmosfere antiche, perfetto e curato nei dettagli, gli ambienti interni sono davvero unici e confortevoli, tutto molto pulito. Il profumo di lavanda e degli alberi da frutto (siamo stati qui a primavera..) era inebriante, come pure quello delle tante piante aromatiche di cui è ricco il bellissimo giardino. Per chi ama il verde, la natura e vuole visitare le più belle città e non solo di questa regione, questo è il posto giusto. In più, i proprietari sono perfetti padroni di casa, sempre attenti e discreti, ci hanno dato ottimi suggerimenti e ci hanno deliziato il palato preparando per noi alcuni piatti tipici tra cui una indimenticabile pappa al pomodoro! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente, noi ci torneremo sicuramente presto.

Calme, paisible essence de la Toscane

Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes et nous avons utilisé I Girasoli comme une base pour faire des excursions à la journée dans toute la Toscane et c'était parfait. La maison est joliment décorée, bien chauffées et extrêmement propre et spacieuse. Les vues sont magnifiques sur la campagne voisine. Comme il est un peu en dehors de la ville, une voiture est indispensable. Je recommande vivement cette propriété, soit comme un point de départ idéal pour visiter Florence, Pise, Sienne ou Lucca ou simplement comme un endroit pour se détendre et profiter de la beauté locale.

Great place for a relaxing and uplifting holiday.

I Girasoli was definitely more than we expected and more: the photos do not do justice to the whole property. Absolutely fabulous location. The children enjoyed roaming around, catching tadpoles in the stream and chasing fireflies. Excellent restaurants nearby. Lovely barbecues at home with local fresh produce. We will return!! A superb summer holiday. Thank you to Silvia for all his expert advice on what to see and where to eat. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning, watching the sun appear from over the hills. Special thanks to Sergio for keeping the property clean and his friendly courtesy, for the fresh vegetables, the wine, for eggs and the honey, all products of the organic farm. Australian guests

Wonderful! Everything was just prefect.

We hope to return some day. The cottage was very clean, fully equipped, and charmingly decorated. Sylvia and Sergio were always available, but never intrusive. They showed us where the supermarket was, the train station (Firenze) and the road to Lucca. Very highly recommended. We wish them well.

Superbe semaine en Toscane!

Nous avons passé en famille une superbe semaine au coeur de la Toscane chez Silvia et Sergio. Le gîte est vraiment spacieux et très calme, dans un beau bâtiment réhabilité avec goût par les propriétaires. L'accueil est bien chaleureux (sourire, légumes frais et vin de pays), Silvia et Sergio prennent des nouvelles tous les jours et veillent à ce que tout se passe pour le mieux, en toute discrétion. Lucca, Pise, Florence, Pistoia sont accessibles en quelques dizaines de minutes; on peut aussi visiter Sienne, San Gimignano et/ou Volterra en une journée. Si c'était à refaire? On le refera! Location trés agréable et calme

Belle et confortable maison de campagne, entouré de verdure et de parfum de menthe sauvage et de jasmin, accueil unique de Silvia et Sergio. Ici les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité dans la grande cour ou jouer au football dans le terrain de football près de la maison. Ici, nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances inoubliables.

GREAT TIME IN AN ITALIAN FARMHOUSE

We stayed here for 7 nights with four people. The unit we rented was as shown in the photos. Clean, comfortable and had everything you needed and well stocked. Great place to unwind and relax but close to major highways and cities. Lucca is a great place to shop and site see. You can do lots of day trips and our host gave us good tips on places to see and go

We stayed at Il Melograno...

We stayed at Il Melograno for three and a half weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The owners, Sergio and Silvia, did everything to make our stay a good one, and succeeded! Normally when you go on a holiday you look forward to going home after a while as things are more comfortable there. At Il Melograno, this was not the case. Both ourselves and our children felt at home from the beginning and could have stayed forever it felt like! The house was fully equipped and safe for children, which is important to us as we have a 2 and a 4 year old. The surroundings were incredible and peaceful: lovely forests where one can go for walks, and the neighbouring villages were not far away. We recommend this holiday home for anyone and hope to go back ourselves one day!
