"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn.
I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable.

"Floor in room was dirty. Staff did not make us feel welcome & did not tell us about the WiFi or when breakfast is. They said we could not go in to the restaurant and purchase a meal. Not sure why."
"The room was nicely decorated but many bleach spots on the carpeting and nail polish spots in the desk which were unsightly.
The bed was very comfortable. Did not eat here as dining room was not serving dinner this night.

"We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!"
"The beds were comfortable and it was clean enough. It could use some updates to stuff like carpeting and grout. When we got there we had to change the length of stay. The night clerk couldn’t help but the morning clerk handles it."
