"Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating. "

"I stayed at Joanne Perla one-bedroom for a federal court trial. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed any concerns. The building itself is lovely and feature-laden. Neighborhood remains a bit dodgy, but the Perla is across the street from the Grand Central Market and close to other downtown landmarks and restaurants. I strongly recommend. "

"We rented this apartment for my 21-year old son who was doing an internship over the summer in the financial district. He enjoyed his 2 month stay taking advantage of the awesome facilities in the building. It was just a short walk to the building where he was working which was super convenient. Sean was a great and attentive host that was very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"Hotel business is all about its hospitality, And I felt it while staying with E Central. My requests were heard and I was recognized by the management. While a comfortable and clean stay is important, which I believe these are the minimum standards for hotels, whether or not guests requests and complains are heard is more important to me. Not only E Central satisfied my requests, the management always asked if my concerns were taken care of. I felt I was acknowledged, and I felt I existed. Although my room card keys didn’t work a few times, it did not really affect me at all due to an excellent hospitality management I received from E Central. "
