"This place is fantastic for chilling at the residence or what we did, using it as a launch pad for Disney, LA, and all the beaches from Santa Monica to Laguna. Hosts are quick in the responses and it’s a perfect set up, a few blocks from the beach and an easy stroll to the Huntington Pier. Ideal vacation spot!"

"Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. "Great property all around! Ideal location close enough to the pier but far enough for exclusive beach access that is not crowded. It was a great experience for children under 2 - 10 years old. "Overall a great vacation rental within walking distance to Disney. The place could use a good scrub as the walls, doors,light switches were all pretty dirty. Non of the drains drained properly. All nessesities there. Could see fireworks from outside. Pull oit couch would be nice."

"My family went to Disney and Universal and chose this nice condo for our stay. The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. My family enjoyed the arcade as it created some fun competitiveness between us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo.
