"Older hotel but well maintained and room is updated. Didn’t have a great check in, staff were distracted managing multiple tasks and what could have been 5 minute check in was very drawn out. Room was clean and modern update. No elevator to access second floor so if needed maybe reconsider. Overall decent stay however very dissatisfied with breakfast service. Wasn’t the purpose of our trip so was a minor inconvenience but if you plan to eat breakfast arrive very early or plan a different stop. We went for breakfast at 9:20 (closes at 10:00) and the stations were almost all empty. I asked for the waffle batter to be refilled and was told it takes hours for the batter to proof so it would not be filled. Almost all bread/bakery items were empty except white bread and the egg/sausage warmer was empty our whole meal. The dining room was very busy (was Sunday am) and people mostly just got coffee and left after experiencing the same empty food displays."

"The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening ."
