"I booked and paid for 2 nights here. Hotel was LOCKED, DARK & CLOSED upon my arrival in the evening! I called and called but they did not answer the phone. I tried multiple times to contact hotel. "It was further away from the centre than we thought, our mistake. Imagine a rather rundown motel room desperately in need of an upgrade! It was very bijou but had everything we needed for a short stay: comfortable bed, a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, a clean bathroom. We were only staying to do a quick sightseeing of the area before moving on, so we didn't need much!"
