"I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

"Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good."

"Sauna was horrible as 2 men was naked in there and they were having sex. They came out the shower naked also. This is not what I would expect and it makes me feel so uncomfortable.i wish no one else feels how I do."

"The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay."

"Well-maintained hotel. Shower was badly designed, led to flooding."

"This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting."

"It was the worst hotel experience ever! We were a group of professionals visiting Geneva as part of a program. Although the hotel was the organizing company’s travel partner, we were all disappointed by the lack of cleaning service, poor breakfast buffet, rude staff, and shortage of basic necessities such as hangers. I had to change rooms three times because the safe was not working. The final room had a working safe, but it stopped working after the first day, leaving my belongings locked...
