"Die Ferienwohnung liegt im EG eines Altbauhauses in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Äußere Neustadt, also der Stadtteil Dresdens, in der die Ferienwohnung liegt, ist allein schon einen Besuch wert. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. Die Wohnung hat Charme, und bei der Einrichtung haben die Vermieter an alles gedacht. Die Vermieter sind charmant, und sie waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Diese Wohnung ist für ein Paar rundum zu empfehlen."

"We knew we wanted to stay in the Kunsthofpassage but Gerald’s flat was even more delightful than we hoped. Beautifully furnished (no ikea here) and impeccably located, the apartment was the perfect central stay for me and my (adult) son. My favorite parts were the gorgeous wide floorboards (old but no creaking!) and the best lighting I have ever experienced in a rental flat. "Lovely apartment in an artsy neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The proximity to the tram makes getting around very simple. The building is very quiet and there isn’t a lot of street noise. We enjoyed our stay."
