Quiet neighborhood. 2 minute walk to tram station, 15 minutes and you were in the downtown Dresden with lots of shopping and dining options. "

"Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr sauber, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anbindung an den Zug ist super, wir haben auf das Auto für die gesamte Zeit verzichten können. Wir werden wiederkommen , wenn wir nochmal in diese Region reisen werden. "

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"
