"Staff was not as friendly as other casino hotels we've stayed in. Every request/question seemed to be a chore. When attending an event, consider booking the extra fee for a room in the North Tower. It's directly next to showroom, shopping, and casino and doesn't require getting car out. In our opinion, worth the price."

"The room was clean and the bedsheets were soft — that's about where the positives end. The "desk" is paired with a short conference-room chair that makes it useless as a workstation. The "kitchen" has a stove and microwave but zero supplies — no cups, dishes, silverware, paper towels, or dish rags. You literally cannot cook or eat without bringing everything yourself. No coffee maker, no water kettle, no coffee or tea provided. Bathroom was equally bare: no hand towels, no shampoo, no toilet seat cover, and only one tiny bar of soap. The washcloths were black and visibly dirty. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Wi-Fi was so slow it couldn't load a short Instagram video. I burned through my personal data just to check email and browse the web. There's also nowhere to put luggage — no rack, no bench, no shelf. Your options are the stovetop or the bed. For the price, this felt like paying for amenities that simply aren't there."
