"The front desk staff was very nice. The condo was beautiful and the deck amazing! Our only issues were not enough comfy seating in Jak 1 and we had to have a chair propped against the door between condos to keep the door from opening slightly (even when locked). "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, balcony was nice. Small bathroom but clean and fine enough. Pool was a lot smaller than what I thought it’d be, based on the images. Didn’t end up going in. Disappointed in the breakfast. Most everything was packaged and in limited supply. But head up the road a minute or 2 and you’ll find the BEST cinnamon roll bakery ever!"

"Cute cabin, lots of beds - enough for our family of 5. Hot tub was a nice to have for the end of the evening. Clean and well stocked kitchen. The location is very close to downtown Estes, so easy to head into town or the national park. Great visit!"

"It was a wonderul room with a great view. Hotel staff was very friendly. I would skip the breakfast room service and opt for the restaurant. Dinner was great and the ambience around the property was fantastic. The walking path is right there for access around the lake. Would definitely stay again. "

"The breakfast menu had yogurt, toasted breads and pastries, freshly boiled eggs, various cold cereals with milk, and coffee and juice. It was very nice and adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a good recommendation for a nice place to go for dinner. We enjoyed our stay and it was a nice quiet and peaceful hotel."
