"The property is located in Peresiji, a very quiet village just outsite Svetvincenat. The small city of Svetvincenat is just 5 minutes away (2.5 kilometers). Closest big shops (Plodine and Konzum) only 20 minutes with the car. Beaches and bigger cities like Porec and Pula about 40 minutes with the car. The house was very clean when we arrived. Mr Edi and Mrs Sonja welcomed us at the house and gave us all the necesary explanations. They are very friendly and easy to reach (whatsapp) if you need...

"Ein 300 Jahre altes Haus das renoviert wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen: Klimaanlage, Küche, Pool mit Außendusche, Gasgrill,... Es ist ruhig, kein Lärm von dauernden Autos oder nervigen Nachbarn, perfekt um zu entspannen und erholen. Werde es wieder buchen."
