"Host was excellent, pool beautiful, beach right off the property easy access. Only thing was the condo needed alot of updating its looking rundown not as nice as it appears in the pictures on VRBO. It definitely needs to be cleaned better lots of dirt in corners, fridge was broken but was fixed quickly."

"This was our second stay at the Phoenix X. We love the ease of walking to nearby restaurants and Flora Bama bar. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed! The pool is huge and the staff are very friendly. See you next year!"

"So this was our first time staying at a property not on the oceanfront in the area and it was a great choice on the Big Lagoon. The bungalow had all the amenities we needed and was convenient, centrally located, and close to everything but at the same time very serene, peaceful and quiet. A nice breeze was always present. Great neighborhood and easy trips to Perdido Key/Orange Beach/Gulf Shores or Pensacola Beach going the other way. The Murphy Bed was comfortable to sleep on and the power flush toilet was a nice touch. Everything worked and was clean. The patio out back was a good place to relax and take in the lagoon life and the pier was fun for fishing and sightseeing. A great place for couples and the best compliment would be that we would gladly stay here again."

"We loved this stay in Perdido Key! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully decorated.The amenities were fantastic! Having a heated pool at the home was a huge bonus, and we loved having access to kayaks and a paddleboard. The short walk to the multi sport court gave everyone in our family plenty to do when beach conditions were less than ideal. The home was well stocked for beach days, with chairs, toys, and a wagon to make getting everything to the beach easy. The private beach was just a short walk from the rental.The concierge was exceptional. Communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They even arranged to have a baby gate installed and a mop ordered for the home when we realized we needed them. That level of willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference in our stay.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate together. The home, location, amenities, cleanliness, and especially the hospitality were all wonderful. I would not hesitate for a second to rent from this host again — and I would absolutely choose this particular property again. It was everything we wanted for our family getaway and more. We’re already hoping we’ll have the opportunity to return!"
