"Very clean and comfortable room. Owner very lovely and hospitable. Bed was comfortable. We were sad our visit coincided with a flooding event in the area so we couldn’t only spend one night here instead of our originally planned 2 nights. Akaroa and Banks Peninsula are beautiful and we hope to come back so we can fully enjoy the area someday."

"A perfect place for a couple to stay in Christchurch for a few days. Convenient to a lot of places in Christchurch but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was spacious with heated floor and wonderful water pressure. "

"Lovely stay in Diamond Bay, unfortunately the weather didn’t let us enjoy the fabulous view as much as we would have like, but it was still a magic view sitting watching the world go by. It was a bit of a drive into Christchurch, but the house had everything we needed for us as a combined family. The house heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great experience showering with a view within the master ensuite. "
