"Loved the location, amenities, breakfast and impeccable staff. It does seem that the property could use some overall upgrades and though there were many amenities, some were unavailable. The kids club was closed and the waterpark didn't open until 3pm. I understand due to us being there Tuesday-Thursday, but it was kind of disappointing. We found other fun things to do in Dubuque."
