"Stayed for 4 nights in this lovely home directly opposite the sea in Penzance. The place was very clean upon arrival, check in was easy with great directions from the train station, it was very well appointed and comfortable, even having an electric 'faux fire' to complete the cosiness of the room. Beds were comfortable and location was great. "

"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "Location is amazing right at the seafront, and you just can't beat that. Reception staff was helpful (allowed me to check in 1h earlier). Breakfast was delicious, promptly served and the dining room staff was(especially the lady with the long black hair, missed her name). It's definitely worth the stay."
