The front entrance was covered in pigeon poo, it looked like the place was not lived in. My attic room & inside where clean but pigeons nesting on roof outside my room, very noisy. I am a contract cleaner in australia so know how clean & tidy accommodation should be. Get rid of the pigeons before someone complains of being bitten by bird lice.

Literally everything was amazing and such a nice stay, beds were actually quite comfy, having the TV on the wall was nice, good storage space. Brilliant. Only bad thing was the bathroom wasn’t suuuper clean; there was blood around the sink drain and little hairs littered around. Other than that, brilliant.

Weather was wet but that didnt put me off. Seascape is on the outskirts of penzance only 5 min walk and very close to the prom. And a nice walk to newlyn and Mousehole from seascape. Beautiful place i stayed in and the room was lovely

Great location to base yourself for touring around the area. One suggestion for the management team is to set up the dining / lounge area with some lounge chairs and perhaps a TV in the room so you can relax rather than sitting on the solid wood bench seats. Overal a great place.

It was so easy to check in and out. Excellent cleanliness and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bit of a leak from the shower tray but otherwise all perfect

Nice stay.

The room is clean and nice. It has it’s own small fridge, kettle and cups and glasses. Towels are provided. Plus free coffee, milk, sugar and tea which you can top up from there kitchen supplies.

Good place to have a short stay.

Close to Lidl and co op, the site only 2 private parking space, but not difficult to find on street parking. Room is clean and tidy, but the bed was too soft for me. Didnt use the share kitchen, but looks all appliances and in place.

The room was clean and very small. It was very hot in the room and there was no fan. The window opened to an alley that was dirty and there was a lot of noise in the alley. The bed and pillows weren’t the best.

Lovely spacious room with decent sized bathroom, storage and good facilities mini fridge and dehumidifier in the room along with a kettle and TV the only issue was the milk sachets were out of date.
