"Upon first impressions the place looked quite shabby from the outside. Went into Reception and the Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were given our key pass and wasn’t sure what our room would be like. I was very pleasantly surprised as it was very clean. I had a great nights sleep as the bed was really comfortable. I would stay here again. Ok it’s not a top end hotel but for the price you pay it’s very reasonable and the Staff are a true asset."

"Really great location. Ask for a quiet room if you don’t want to listen to late night music from the bars . Everyone was very nice. Had a little issue where a room just had a bath so they changed the room without hesitation with just a shower. Car park needs better signage . I’m hoping I don’t get a fine for driving down a bus/taxi lane & stopping to run into the hotel for directions. When you know where it is it’s very easy to get too."
