  • Escape to Penticton and enjoy the perfect Okanagan getaway in this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, located just minutes from both Skaha Lake and Okanagan Lake.

    Spend your days exploring beaches, wineries, and mountain biking trails, then come home to relax on the sun soaked south facing patio. Fire up the BBQ, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or unwind inside on the massive reclining sofa while watching a movie or the game on the 75 inch 4K TV with cable and sports package.

    This home is designed for comfort and connection, with a large dining table for group meals, gigabit internet, Chromecast, and air conditioning in every bedroom. All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups looking to enjoy the Okanagan together.

    Outside, the large yard is perfect for kids to run and play while you relax in the warm Penticton evenings. Beaches, wineries, golf courses, and scenic trails are all just a short drive away.

This property was great for a two family stay in Penticton - we had a family of four and a family of two plus a dog. Lots of rooms for everyone, a great kitchen and bbq set up for meals, and a great front patio/balcony with mountain views for grilling, fire pit, and enjoying the outdoors. Everyone had what they needed, including A/C in the bedrooms. Would stay again!

Communication with the host was great, very quick responses. The house was spotless and smelled fresh. The location is excellent on a quiet street, but minutes from shopping. We were attending an event at the Trade and Convention Centre and it was direct 10 minute drive. This was my 2nd stay and will be our go to when traveling to Penticton.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The host was easy to contact and answered all my questions quickly. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The location is great, near everything you need. We came for the family weekend and some skiing. The house is about 40 minutes from Apex Ski Resort. We would book again.

Bedrooms were a decent size, all with working AC which was great. Living room/tv/couch were lovely for our group to hang out and socialize. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio space as well. Large driveway and plenty of street parking as well was awesome.There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker.Host communication was horrible. If you have any questions or issues that arise, you will not hear from the property host for days, if at all, so be ready to problem solve on the fly!

Great base for climbing at the Bluffs!

This spot was perfect for our family on our climbing trip to Skaha Bluffs. Comfortable, clean, and very convenient to the park, it had everything we needed!

We found the house to be decently clean, aside from some dirty cutlery/dishes, and it was a good space for our family of 6. There was a lack of supplies such as limited hand soap in the bathrooms (we had to go purchase our own), no cleaning supplies, and few garbage bags, among other items. Additionally, we were disappointed in the communication with the host. In the weeks prior to our booked stay, the Okanagan area (which includes Penticton) had declared a state of emergency due to an uncontrolled wild fire in Summerland which is very close to Penticton. The main highway was closed due to this fire and the residents of the affected areas were taking shelter in Penticton. As such, we felt it not only dangerous to make the trip, but also non-sensible to cause more strain on the town/Okanagan area. We reached out to the host several times with our concerns, and he did not respond at all. We would have been understanding if a refund was not possible, however, it is not okay to completely ignore messages from guests as a property host, especially given the state of emergency. Any type of response would have been appreciated, even a simple no. Additionally, the day before our booked stay, I had to reach out to him to get the check-in details as I had still heard nothing from him. Also, the driveway was half-missing and workers showed up to repave it during our stay which we got absolutely no warning for.

It is the main floor of a house that you rent. It was clean, kitchen had lots of supplies and the host responded quickly with any questions that we had.

Very welcoming. Excellent overall. Lots of great amenities. Our only issue (which we mentioned to them) was the need for fry pans in better condition. Not a game changer. We would go back without question.
