"Bed was super comfortable and the rom clean, however, second year in a row I have stayed here and on both occasions there have been problems with the showers. I think there needs to be serious maintenance carried out in the showers. Drains not working, taps not turning off properly. My room, this time was next to a staff only room and at 3:30 am I heard doors opening and closing for the net hour or so, not sure if they were early workers or late night staff."
"Parking lot is full of broken glass bottle and trash. Very poor kept. NO staff on check in only self check in. If I have to check myself "in" to a hotel where is my discount?"
"The hotel is worn and dated. Premier boasts that you will have a comfortable sleep, it was by far the least comfortable stay we had on this 5 city holiday. However, the restaurant was very good, we had breakfast and dinner there each day of our stay. We only chose this hotel for the location as we had business within walking distance."
"I was disappointed by the quality of the room in that a number of pieces of furniture were excessively worn down (the desk chair, the bedhead as examples). This created a poor impression. Other aspects were of a normal standard.
I also thought that certain parts of the outside property were poorly maintained; for example I found two abandoned tool kits close to my car that appear to have been there quite some time. The shrubs were overgrown and retricting the parking area for the cars."
