"Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job! "The Holiday in was a life saver. We had checked into a different property which was not as advertised and the rooms were intolerable. We moved to the Holiday Inn Resort and it was such a refreshing and welcome relief. Should have stayed here to begin with!"
