"I ended up charged twice for my stay. And I think the reservation procedure needs to improve if my experience is happening to others. Today's phone conversations with hotel staff and Expedia have not resolved my issue although Expedia did send a message that they will get to me soon. I found everything working okay at the hotel but it definitely showed some wear. The rug in my room looked like it had gum stuck on it and I think that showed lack of care."

"Arrived at property and upon check in was told there was an additional $10 per day parking fee . Clerk at desk was very unsure of himself and took a while to check us in. In the room the tv remote didn’t work properly and the room was freezing . Thermostat on wall doesn’t control anything . Went to unit and it was set at 60 degrees. The unit made such a squealing noise when running we shut it off totally . Then there were no face tissues . The box was empty and no replacement and then the conditioner in shower was empty. Told the front desk the next morning as we left. Returned at ten pm and our keys wouldn’t work. Went to desk and got keys fixed and returned to room to find no maid service was performed. Still no face tissues and conditioner as well as bed not made and no new towels . Went back to desk and they apologized and gave us towels and conditioner . This place will no longer be on our stay list . It was awful ."

"Hotel is very run down. My TV’s didn’t work. My toilet didn’t flush and instead of fixing it right away I had to wait because apparently vacuuming the entrance was more important than guests being able to use the restroom in the room we paid for. Several hours before they came up to fix anything. I had to leave just to use the restroom. Horrible experience."

"First off the air conditioner didn’t work in 90 degree weather and then upon complaining to the front desk we were told no room change could be made. A few hours later a BED BUG was crawling on the pillow. We checked out!!! Don’t go to this terrible place to sleep"
