"An absolutely beautiful hotel made even better by a friendly, kind staff. Rooftop is wonderful and breakfast delicious."

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."

"stayed here for 3 nights and it was very clean, comfortable, and in a well-located area near the train station and with easy access to the airport. staff and volunteers were all AMAZING and very multilingual (italian, english, spanish)- it is definitely not a super social hostel with events/parties but the staff are great people to get to know and can give food recommendations for things !!"

"Such a great hidden gem right in the heart of Napoli! Unfortunately, I was sick at this point in my trip, so I can't speak as much about the area as much as the hotel itself! There are two main downsides I noticed, firstly the elevator wasn't working, and it is a on the fourth floor. Secondly they do hold luggage for you if you have a later flight, but they don't have a locked storage area, so your belongings sit out in the main lobby area. Because the door has a combination lock and it is not on the street level it wasn't too concerning, but something to think about. Otherwise I was very impressed!! It's a very new renovation , super funky decor, and great in room vibes. It was extremely clean, the AC was a must for how hot it was when I was there, and I was very pleased with the giant shower after a long travel day. The room was also extremely big, larger than anything I've had in Europe so far, with high ceilings and lots of space to move around in the room itself. I would definitely recommend this spot for others coming to Naples!"
