"Lovely hotel on excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was large, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Tea & coffee provided, with biscuits which were restocked daily. Excellent breakfast, lovely staff. Good, well priced restaurant menu. Would recommend."

"Brand new hotel in a convenient location - easy walking distance to the station and the cathedral. Parking arrangements in the nearby Forum multi-storey worked well. Staff especially helpful while getting used to the new facility themselves. Quality of food excellent both at breakfast and for all-day dining in the ground floor open plan restaurant. Prices above average but value for money in terms of quality. We came here for the Three Choirs Festival and were pleased to find a good quality hotel within easy distance to and from the Cathedral. We were given an accessible room with additional facilities to accommodate someone with mobility issues. 5 Stars all round."

"We had bed and reakfast, very good value. Good location right in the heart of Hereford and close to the Cathedral. Parking at the rear of the hotel is limited. Very nice breakfast and staff were wonderful."

"Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely."
