"We chose the right house for our family of four to spend a week in Naples! The pool is fantastic. It's bigger than most in the neighborhood and has an attractive design. We spent more time in it than we planned to! The location is great. We easily walked to Vanderbilt beach in 10 minutes and there was ample parking when we preferred to drive. The house has three bedrooms and two full baths, which were great for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Finally, the hosts were fantastic. They were very attentive when we had a question and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. I eagerly recommend staying at this property and would definitely do so again! However, I should mention that there is a neighbor who does not like living next to a rental. Despite the fact that community quiet hours start at 10 (a reasonable time and a rule I appreciate greatly), he felt entitled to tell us that because he goes to bed at 9:30 we needed to be quiet by then. He has a lit sign (on his property, facing the rental) that says QUIET NO HOT TUB AT DARK. Clearly he has had some problems with renters in the past and hasn't figured out how to deal with them. I empathize -- there are plenty of rowdy vacationers who are inconsiderate of other people. I would not let him stop me from renting this place, but I would introduce myself on the first day to get things started on the right foot. I think he's a good guy, just frustrated.It's a great place!!"

"House is just as pictured. Host was very responsive and it’s clear want guests to have a great stay. Although no children were with us lots of toys and entertainment for kids. Our adult children enjoyed the pool and nice lounge chairs. Plenty of room for everyone thoughtful touches like bikes and ping pong. We really appreciated the location as well. Will stay here again! "Property has an incredible covered lanai area with pool and hot tub. Great quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the fur baby and riding bikes. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Had a great time."

"We have stayed many times in Naples Park, this has been one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as all the couch and furniture. They had a lot of tips for local restaurants and baby rental equipment place information in a welcome book that were very helpful. The host seemed yo think of everything. We would highly recommend."

"We had an amazing stay at this house. Traveled with the family to spend Memorial Day weekend at the beach and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. It is very close to Vanderbilt beach and it has tons of grocery stores and very nice restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and even gave us a free late checkout. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back. "

"This home had everything we needed for our week vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and had a shaded area with comfortable outdoor couch and a very large picnic table. When we did cook at home we used the grill outside. The kitchen had all the basics . The beds were very comfortable . The area is a very quiet neighborhood and shopping is very close. Beach access is also in close proximity. There is so much to do in this area and this home was perfect along with the owner who was a great host. Highly recommend!"
