"When we arrived, the staff did not seem to know of our booking and we had to show the confirmation email from hotels.com to evidence the booking. Then they showed us to three different rooms, the first two not being at all what we’d booked so we rejected them - the third was closest so by this point we just took the room. "Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!"
