Just opened after renovation so understand and totally acceptable, as we were there on the first week. Felt private and exclusive. "The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. The room had a nice layout. Overall the hotel was quite impressive."

"Clean, modem hotel with good sized rooms. Location was excellent, in the old town. Bus station was next to hotel but there was no noise or problems, rather it was a bonus for being able to get around. Included breakfast was generous with lots of variety on offer."

"The Domes lake hotel is in a fantastic location for the Vilamoura marina. It’s only a 10 minute walk away from the beach and marina. The hotel also has restaurants and We have had a great relaxing holiday there and we can’t praise it enough. I can’t name any member of staff as they all work together as a team and nothing is too much trouble to make your stay more enjoBreakfast has a very good wide choice to suit everyone. Housekeeping is also excellent they come at least once a day and you can ask at the desk if you need them to do an evening service. Water is complimentary every day and left in the room.
