The cleanliness in very good and the staff incredible! you are 7 blocks from the peatonal and downtown and 10 blocks from bars and good restaurants. I would like to mention Franco Indiveri and Sheila from the front desk staff, excellent disposition. Franco helped us since we got into the hotel. He really made the difference! Excellent!! another advantage the hotel has is that you can use the facilities if you buy food. "The hotel itself is great, a good location, nice restaurants, clean spacious rooms, and friendly/helpful staff. We only had two challenges, one was keeping the room at a comfortable temperature, appears it is controlled by the front desk and was either freezing or a bit warm. Our other challenge was with the conceige, Gustavo, who couldn't deliver on his commitment to provide and English tour of the Bonfonti winery. At the last minute we were told the English tour would be an additional $40 after we paid an agreed price. Qhe we pushed back he said it was all sorted but when we arrived there was no English tour.
