"We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. "Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."

"A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? Yes, it met our needs, nicely located for a walking weekend and our host was very helpful in answering all our questions"

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

"All we can say is wow! The property exceeded our expectations big time. Clean, spacious, well kitted out with everything we needed plus extra luxuries we weren’t expecting. We were four couples and so the room configuration worked well. Host Myles was brilliant and really hospitable - we will definitely return at some point."

"We had booked a boat on the Thames for my 50th birthday for bank holiday weekend.. two days before we were due to leave it was cancelled due to the rivers being on red alert. Having spent months planning it we didn’t know what to do instead. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Le Chateaux was available. Communication was great, checkin was easy as we were met and handed keys. The house was clean, tidy and welcoming with local wine left for us. We had the most relaxing stay and really enjoyed...

"This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...
