We did not like that the phone did not work, small TV’s and Only one light worked in the entire room I will no longer stay at La Quinta in Pearsall. We really did enjoy the front desk Lady from Cotulla Tx. The front desk lady in the morning was not nice at all we were scared to ask for help, of any kind. The breakfast was not very good we had a bagel and coffee Two waffles

It was really bad they had told me the pool has a warmer before I paid the room and I said ok so I got it and paid when I got here the day I had to check in I asked again and the gentleman said no it isn’t warm and I told him they lady had told me it was and he said no and we have like a jacuzzi but that one isn’t working either was so terrible will not come again to this hotel after them lying to us

The furniture in the rooms were damaged, rusted, with stains, the pillows were hard, the rooms smelled like humidity, the toilet was old, the walls had cracks. I definetly dont recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good. But our room had dirty sheets under the comforter. The desk chairs arm rest was broken. Lobby clean. Loved the little dove guess soap. Beds too high, hard to get in and out of. Can feel the perimeter of the bed when you sit on it

House keeping was terrible, did not take out the trash the hole time I was there, did not make the bed, left used wash rags in the tub, morning breakfast was a lot to be desired, eggs and potatoes no meat or cold cereal for the price it should have been a lot better

Chose this hotel for a three day stay because of the gym and hot tub, but the hot tub was out of order and the gym was locked due to all the equipment being either broken or missing. The breakfast was meh. Coffee was worse than most gas stations. The hotel was very clean overall, but the chairs in my room had ripped upholstery.
