"Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great. Dinner at the pub was both tasty and convenient."

"Liked the mountain views."

"What a great place to stay. It was clean and quiet (no train). Will book again!"

"Although a beautiful and well located property, it is not well set up for people with mobility issues. There was no handicapped parking, and the snow on the veranda was not swept making it slippery and dangerous. There should also be railings in the outside steps, and doors that open with a touch button."

"Great staff and room!"

"Very clean room and friendly staff."

"Best place to stay in Canmore! Convenient, clean, and super friendly!"

"Really enjoyed the coffee machine, sitting areas, and location."

"It was good not that clean and smelled like dog easy to check in and out though"

"Great location, right downtown so it is walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants . Room was clean but each night we were woken up by a leaking shower that was quite noisy. Additionally, we tried using the hot tub and it was not hot."

"Everything was amazing"

"This hotel was amazing! The staff were kind, the check in and out was easy, we had an overhead carrier on the car and felt safe with it overnight, parking was only $10 a night, and the hot tub was wonderful! The resort had an overall white and peaceful vibe to it!"

"Every thing we needed"

"We have a great stay"

"The room is clean and big. The prize is very reasonable."

"Things were missing in the unit .. There were no pot scrubbers to clean pots and pans .there was no toilet bowl cleaner to clean the toilets on a long stay .. House keeping was not there . at all . When after 2 days in my stay I asked for them to take the towles from the bathroom and the trash .. I let them know i would not be in the unit from 1 - 930 that evening and when i got back it had not been done .. These are the things that can be inproved upon . The unit was lovely The beds...

"I really enjoyed the balcony and beautiful view. The room is quite large with two tables and 3 chairs, plus 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The bar was excellent with good food and even had trivia and karaoke. There was some floor sqeaking above but other wise quiet."
